1. The current program providers are as follows:
• St. Joseph Youth Alliance
o Adult/Dislocated Worker (Western Sub-Region)
o Youth (Western Sub-Region
• Gamm Incorporated
o Adult/Dislocated Worker (Eastern Sub-Region)
o Youth (Eastern Sub-Region)
o One-Stop Operator (Entire North Missouri Region)
2. Staffing levels for the RFPs are to be proposed by the respondent. The current staffing levels for the region’s WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Programs are as follows:
• St. Joseph (Comprehensive Center) – 2.5
• Chillicothe (Comprehensive Center) – 1 FTE
• Maryville (Affiliate Center) - 1 FTE
• St Joseph Youth Alliance (Access Point) – 2 FTEs
• Hannibal (Affiliate Center) – 1.5 FTEs
• Kirksville (Comprehensive Center – 2.5 FTEs
• Troy (Affiliate Center) – 2 FTEs
• LaBelle (Access Point) – 1 FTE
Once an organization is selected for contracting, staffing levels will be negotiated based on budget availability.
3. The organization selected from the RFP to operate the Youth program will serve as the employer of record for Work-Based Learning and Work Experience opportunities. On-the Job training agreements and apprenticeship programs are exceptions to this, as the worksite will be the employer of record.
